Serving size: 4-6 people

¼ cup Civil Disobedience 100% Pure Hemp Nut Butter
1 pound raw soaked garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup hemp or olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic
½ teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor; puree until smooth

Hemp Goddess Salad Dressing

Serving size: 4-6 people

2 tablespoons Civil Disobedience Hemp Nut Butter
½ cup olive oil
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 clove raw garlic
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
¼ teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor; puree until smooth

Carrot Ginger Hemp Dip and Dressing

Serving size: 4- 6 people

2 tablespoons Rumi’s Sesame Pistachio Hemp Nut Butter
2 large raw carrots, diced
¼ cup lemon juice
1 fresh scallion
1 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
¼ cup hemp oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water

Place all ingredients in a food processor; puree until smooth

½ cup olive oil

1 cup basil leaves (or parsley, cilantro, and any other fresh herbs you like)
1 clove raw garlic
1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
¼ teaspoon salt

Combine & puree until smooth
